通风管道加工时如何测试管道漏风量?
How to test the air leakage rate of ventilation ducts during processing?
1、漏风量测试装置应采用经检验合格的专用测量仪器,或采用符合现行国家标准《用安装在圆形截面管道中的差压装置测量满管流体流量》GB2624规定的计量元件组成的测量装置。

③开启漏风量测试装置的电源,调节变频器的频率,使通风管道系统内的静压达到设定值后,测出漏风量测试装置上,流量节流器的压差值△P。

Then, measure the pressure difference △ P of the flow restrictor on the air leakage testing device.
④ 测出流量节流器的压差值△P后,按公式Q=f(△P)(m³/h)计算出流量值,该流量值Q(m³/h)再除以被测通风管道系统的展开面积F(㎡),即为被测通风管道系统在实验压力下的漏风量QA [m³/(h·㎡)]。
